When reporting bugs please include the following information:

  • Operating System and Version (Windows 2000, XPSP2, Vista, Mac OSX)
  • Browser Type and Version (IE 7.0/6.0, Firefox 2.0/1.5, Safari 2.0/1.3)
  • RAM / Available Disk Space
  • Web Camera (Brand / Model, If applicable)
  • Media File Types (Windows Media Player, Quicktime, Flash, Real Media)
  • RCN Journal URL (http://journal.RCN.net/[journalname]/)
  • RCN Journal Username
